Honda Museum in Kanazawa

加賀本多歴史博物館は、明治の遺構である赤レンガの見事な建物の中にあります。加賀本多家とは、元は徳川家の家臣であった本多政重が当主ですが、その後は代々前田家に仕えました。

Kaga-Honda History Museum is located in magnificent building built of red bricks, which is remains of Meiji era. First master of the family was Honda Masashige, who once served for Tokugawa Ieyasu and returned to the lord of Kaga-Maeda.
